When booking travel services through Visit Costa Rica Hotels we provide information related to the traveler to suppliers involved on the travel arrangements such as airline companies, car rental agencies, hotels, and any other provider directly related on providing contracted services and to ensure the successful fulfillment of travel services.  All contact information for customers and/or travel agents is treated as confidential and will not be shared, sold or rented to third parties and we do not plan to do so in the future. This contact details will be held and used strictly in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles of the Information Privacy Act 2000 (NSW).

Visit Costa Rica Hotels makes all efforts to protect all information submitted by users through our website. When sensitive information is submitted through our website it is protected both online and off-line with reasonable efforts such as data encryption technology and firewalls.
