Contact Us via our toll free number, email, Wish List or Vacation Planner Form in order to assist you on your specific travel needs. We will provide you within 24 hours or less a written proposal and quote of services for your revision.


Reservation & Deposit
Once your required travel services are agreed upon with us, we will require a $150 per person deposit in order to confirm and secure space for any reservation (pricing and availability of services will not be firm unless corresponding deposit takes place).  Once deposit of services is received, we will provide you with corresponding confirmation of services within 48 hours or sooner. Your deposit will be applied to the final payment.


Final Payments
Final payments for travel services are due 45 days prior to departure date. Bookings taken within 45 days of travel date will require full payment. In certain cases additional deposits and/or payments may be required for certain hotels due to the popularity of the destination or on certain holiday periods prior to 45 days before arrival. If so, you will be notified accordingly.


Changes & Cancellations
For confirmed reservations any first change is free of charge. Subsequent changes placed sooner than 45 days prior to departure are subject to a $25 per person fee. Additional changes within 45 days prior to departure date are subject to a $50 per person fee. The following cancelation fees apply in addition to any supplier fees or penalties:  $50 per person 45 days or more prior to travel date; $150 per person 44 to 15 days prior to travel date; 50% of total services 14 to 7 days from travel date. Cancellations received within 7 days of travel date are non refundable.


All cancellations must be received in writing. In certain cases other cancellation penalties may apply during certain holiday periods by certain hotels, airlines or other suppliers with stricter cancellation penalties than Visit Costa Rica Hotels. In those cases the customer will pay for the additional penalties imposed to us by these suppliers. We strongly recommend purchase of a trip cancellation insurance to cover such cancellation fees.


Travel Documents
E-Travel documents will be sent via email at agreed email address with us at least three weeks prior to departure travel date including electronic exchange orders for services.


Payment Methods
All payments to Visit Costa Rica Hotels should be made in U.S. dollars and made payable to Visit Costa Rica Hotels Ltd. Visit Costa Rica Hotels accept bank issued money orders or cashier checks, wire transfers and major credit cards via Pay Pal.


Credit Card Payments
Visit Costa Rica Hotels accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards via Pay Pal.
You can pay using your credit or debit card for services without exposing your credit card of bank information. NO AFFILIATION TO PAYPAL IS REQUIRED TO PAY.  We will provide by email a secure payment link via PayPal at booking time. We have selected Pay Pal as our merchant service provider to protect your sensitive financial information through their high security standards for on-line payments.
