Day 01  ARRIVE TO COSTA RICA

Arrive at the Liberia International Airport. One of our representatives will meet you at the airport to welcome you and provide private van transportation to your hotel.  Check in at the Hilton Garden Inn or similar for a three night stay.

Day 02   COROBICI RIVER FLOATING

Meet your guide at the hotel for a drive toward the put-in location at the Corobici River to enjoy a safari floating adventure on the river. The gentle floating trip will allow you to observe a wide variety of birds, monkeys and other wildlife species along the river banks. The river is bordered by a tropical dry forest with towering trees. On the way back to the hotel, we will stop at Las Pumas Wildlife Rescue Center where you may observe various jaguars and other members of the cat family.

Day 03   RINCON DE LA VIEJA VOLCANO PARK TOUR

Join your naturalist guide at morning for a drive to Rincon de La Vieja Volcano Park. Being an exceptional combination of tropical rainforest with volcanic natural attractions, the forest trails of the park are next to fumaroles and thermal mud pools, where hot springs create small streams with very hot water and Solfataric lakes. Be prepared to spot also interesting wildlife including a variety of monkey species, toucans, agoutis and coatis among others.

Day 04  TAMARINDO BEACH

Check out at mid morning from your hotel and departure on private van from Rincon de la Vieja to Tamarindo Beach, located on the North-Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Check in for a three night stay at the Tamarindo Diria Hotel or similar.

Day 05   PALO VERDE NATIONAL PARK

Meet your guide at morning and enjoy a scenic drive to the Tempisque River, being the nearest access to the Palo Verde National Park.  The area is home to hundreds of migrating water bird species. Be prepared to spot several species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, iguanas, crocodiles, caimans and occasionally smaller mammals on the river banks. On the way back to Tamarindo enjoy a stop at the indigenous artisan village of Guaitil, famous for its hand-made pottery, which is done using same methods and materials used by the villager ancestors.

Day 06  TAMARINDO BEACH. DAY AT LEISURE

Today, relax at the beach or at the tropical pool at your hotel. Also, you can let us prepare a tour appointment .

Day 07

At the appropriate time, private transportation to the Liberia International Airport for your return flight home.
